Жил в Вашем отеле по рекомендации друзей. Честно скажу не понравилось:
1. Слабый сервис ( обслуживание номеров, нет уюта и комфорта)
2. Кухня не отвечает требованиям.
3. Персонал слабо подготовлен для заявленного уровня.
4. Шум транспорта ранним утром (трамваи особенно утром).
5. Интернет слабоват.
В остальном ничего, нужно подтянутся до уровня.
